Fee Refund Policy

Full refund
Students are entitled to a full refund of fees if they cancel or withdraw their admission by September 30, 2024.
Processing fee
A nominal processing fee of no more than Rs 1,000 may be deducted for refunds processed up to October 31, 2024.
Refund schedule
Students who cancel their admission more than 15 days before the last date will receive a 100% refund. Students who cancel 15 days or less before the last date will receive a 90% refund, 80% after 15 days, 50% after 30 days, and no refund after a month.

UGC Guidelines -DO No. F.2-7 1T2022 (CPP-PP) (C-114546, dated 12.06.2024 and Procedure for Fee Refund Policy of AI Mohan College of Law, Sattar Nagar, Manodara, Aonla, Bareilly In case of withdrawal of a student before the commencement of the course, the entire fee collected from the student after deduction of processing fee not exceeding Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) will be refunded by 31st October 2024. For any admission programme starting on/after 31st October 2024, the provisions contained in the UGC Notification issued in October 2018 on fee refund and non-retention of original certificates will be applicable.

Process  :

  1. An application for cancellation of admission and refund, duly signed by the student and the guardian, must be submitted.
  2. The refund process will commence only after the application has been submitted and all fee payment receipts have been returned
  3. Refunds will not be made in cash. Refunds will be made only by cheque/RTGS/NEFT
  4. It will take 10 days for the refund transfer to be processed and effective.

The College reserves the right to make changes in the fee refund policy from time to time in accordance with the orders/notifications received from the concerned statutory/regulatory authorities and these changes will be updated on the College website.
