Mohan college of Law, established in 2018, is an self finance college permanently affiliated to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. It is also affiliated to Bar Council Of India.

The college emphasizes a preferential option for the marginalized, aiming for both academic excellence and social formation. It hosts practical training avenues like a Moot Court, well-supported infrastructure, and encourages, students in practical knowledge of law.

The legal aid cell of Mohan College of Law Bareilly provides free legal services to indigent and marginalized communities, especially in rural or under-served areas around the college, targeting villages like Mandora and other neighbouring areas. The cell also promotes legal awareness via workshops, camps, and outreach programs.

It also serves as educational and awareness platforms for students to develop client counselling, advocacy, and case management skills all within ethical-legal boundaries.

The legal Aid cells often operate in collaboration with local Legal Services Authorities, conducting legal literacy camps in villages, slum areas, and peri-urban communities.
