Exam.
1. Students must bring their college ID and exam admit card. No student will be permitted to enter the examination hall without their admit card and I-card.
2. Students are advised to be seated in the examination hall 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Entry into the examination hall is restricted 30 minutes after the start of the examination.
3. Writing anything on the desks or walls of the examination hall will also be considered misconduct. The following items are prohibited in the examination hall: study materials, programmable calculators, pagers, mobile phones, iPads, Kindles, books, smoking materials, etc.
4. Students may only bring stationery and hardboards into the examination hall. Calculators may be allowed as per the instructions given on the question paper.
5. Student must fill the details (Name, Enrolment Number, Course Code, Course Title etc.) correctly in the answer sheet.
6. Students must enter the correct answer sheet number against their name in the attendance sheet.
7. Students must ensure that the answer sheet and supplementary answer sheets are signed by the invigilator, otherwise they will be considered invalid and a disciplinary case will be initiated against them as per the University rules.
8. Students can use the last page of the answer sheet for rough work, which should be crossed off after completion.
9. Students must properly bind their answer sheet, supplementary answer sheet, graph paper, map or any other answer sheet before finishing the examination and handing it over to the invigilator.
10. After the commencement of the examination, no student shall roam around in the stairs, corridor, verandah and in front of the examination hall.
11. Students will not be permitted to leave the examination hall during the first hour. After this, they may be allowed to leave their seats (only once) for a maximum of five minutes with the invigilator's permission. If they remain outside the examination hall for more than five minutes, they will not be permitted to continue the examination and a disciplinary case will be initiated against them.
12. Malpractice (use of unfair means) is a serious offense and strict action will be taken against those involved. Writing anything on your hands/body or carrying any written material on your person is considered misconduct. Students doing so may be awarded '0' (zero) marks in all papers. 13. Any activity that disrupts the smooth conduct of the examination will be dealt with seriously. Best wishes to all of you.
